Decotec GmbH is an up-and-coming, dynamic company in the field of design vinyl floor coverings. As an innovative manufacturer, we supply well-known retailers, wholesalers, property management companies and the trades. Our goal: we want to change the industry for good – and for that we need you!

Your tasks:

  • New customer acquisition & customer loyalty: You independently build up your customer base and develop it continuously.
  • Advice on equal terms: You analyse your customers’ needs and offer tailor-made solutions with style, know-how and empathy.
  • Strategy development: You develop creative sales strategies and implement them successfully together with the team.
  • Representation: You represent Decotec professionally and authentically at trade fairs, events and customer functions.

What you bring:

  • Initial experience in sales and/or dealing with customers
  • Enthusiasm for sales and interpersonal communication
  • A confident, likeable manner and a positive attitude
  • A high degree of initiative, ambition and entrepreneurial thinking
  • A sense of responsibility and the desire to actively shape things
